Galsi at the European Infrastructure Forum

Galsi will be one of the topics for discussion at the European Gas Infrastructure for Interconnectivity and Interoperability Forum to be held in Rome from 29 November to 1 December 2011. The focus of this year's Forum will be the major issues of Europe's energy security over coming decades, strategic investment in new European transport and storage infrastructure, and the main lines of EU energy policy.

Galsi CEO, Mohamed Yousfi, will make an important contribution to the session on PIPELINES on Day 2 of the Forum, with a presentation of the ambitious Galsi project, the world's deepest pipeline running from Algeria through Sardinia to the Italian mainland, which will provide a new importation route for Algerian gas and thus contribute to the energy security of Italy and Europe, as a whole.
